We would have enjoyed an extra day in Omatepe and also in San Juan de Sur. Only downside was travellers diarrhea experienced by several in the group.

Short but sweet. Learned a bit a history of Granada and of course about Nicaragua. A nice day trip to Ometepe Island and a very relaxing two days in San Juan Del sur.
