Competition Terms and Conditions: Thailand Expedition 18-Day Tour Giveaway

1. Introduction:

This competition is run by All Good Marketing LTD, the operator of the website 18-35 Travel (18-35.travel). By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. The prize for this competition is a Thailand Expedition 18-Day Tour with One Life Adventures Limited (https://onelifeadventures.com/tours/travel-thailand/thai-expedition-18-day/)

2. Eligibility:

To enter the competition, participants must provide their name, age and email address. Participants must be aged between 18 and 45 years of age to be eligible. This is the age limit set by One Life Adventures for this tour. Entry is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of All Good Marketing LTD, One Life Adventures Limited, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry and Data Usage:

By entering the competition, you consent to your name and email address being shared with One Life Adventures Limited, who may use this information for marketing purposes, including sending promotional emails. All Good Marketing LTD will also use your details for email marketing purposes. You can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails from either company. 4. Prize Details:

The prize is one standard spot on the Thailand Expedition 18-Day Tour operated by One Life Adventures Limited. The tour is available for any bookable date in 2025. The total value of the giveaway is AUD $2,595. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another traveller. One free date change is allowed, and any additional upgrades, such as a single room upgrade, must be covered by the winner at their own expense. The prize does not include any additional travel expenses unless explicitly stated within the itinerary.

5. Competition Dates:

The competition opens on 2nd September 2024 and ends at 10:00 GMT on 31st January 2025. The winner will be selected at random and notified by email by 6th February 2025.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry. The winner has 7 days from the date of the notification email to respond and confirm their acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Redemption:

The winner must choose a travel date by 28th February 2025. The tour must be booked for a date available in 2025. Failure to select a date by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. General Terms:

All Good Marketing LTD and One Life Adventures Limited reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
