TourRadar FAQs

TourRadar offers competitive prices on their tours and activities, which may make them appear cheaper than other booking options. There are several reasons why TourRadar may be able to offer lower prices:

  1. Direct bookings: TourRadar allows travellers to book tours and activities directly through their website, cutting out the middleman and potentially reducing costs.
  2. Large network: TourRadar has a large network of tour operators, allowing them to negotiate better prices and pass the savings on to customers.
  3. Seasonal discounts: TourRadar may offer seasonal discounts or promotional codes for certain tours or during certain times of the year.
  4. Bulk purchases: TourRadar may be able to purchase tours and activities in bulk, allowing them to negotiate lower prices and offer savings to customers.
  5. Competition: TourRadar operates in a competitive market, and may offer lower prices to attract customers and stand out from other booking options.

While TourRadar may appear cheaper than other booking options, it’s important to compare prices and read reviews before booking to ensure a positive experience. Additionally, prices may vary depending on the tour operator and time of year, so it’s always a good idea to shop around and compare prices.

TourRadar does offer discounts to travellers, but they no longer offer promo codes as a way to access these discounts. Instead, TourRadar offers discounts through their website in a few different ways.

One way that TourRadar offers discounts is by featuring tours and activities with discounted prices directly on their website. These discounts may be available for a limited time or during certain seasons, and can be accessed by simply browsing the site and selecting a tour with a discounted price.

Another way that TourRadar offers discounts is through their loyalty program, TourRadar Rewards. This program allows travellers to earn rewards points for every booking they make through the platform, which can then be used to receive discounts on future bookings.

In addition to these discounts, TourRadar also offers price matching. If a traveller finds the same tour or activity offered at a lower price on another website, TourRadar will match that price and offer an additional discount.

While TourRadar no longer offers promo codes, they continue to offer discounts through their website and loyalty program, as well as price matching. By checking the TourRadar website regularly and signing up for TourRadar Rewards, travellers can take advantage of these discounts and save on their next adventure.

TourRadar’s website and customer support are available in several languages, including English, Dutch, and German.

TourRadar accepts several forms of payment, including major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

TourRadar takes customer safety very seriously and has robust policies and procedures in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for travellers. Here are some ways that TourRadar ensures customer safety during tours:

  1. Verified tour operators: TourRadar verifies all tour operators to ensure that they meet certain standards, such as providing licensed and experienced guides, maintaining high safety standards, and offering clear cancellation policies.
  2. Safety protocols: TourRadar requires all tour operators to have safety protocols in place to protect travellers, such as providing safety equipment and following emergency procedures.

  5. Reviews and ratings: TourRadar allows travellers to leave reviews and ratings of their tours and tour operators, which can help other travellers make informed decisions about safety.

Overall, TourRadar takes a comprehensive approach to ensuring customer safety during tours, from verifying tour operators to providing customer support and promoting responsible travel. By prioritising safety and customer satisfaction, TourRadar has established itself as a reliable and trustworthy platform for booking tours and activities.

In conclusion, TourRadar is a legit travel booking platform that provides travellers with a wide range of tour options and a user-friendly booking platform.

The company has a strong reputation for credibility and reliability, with many satisfied customers praising their excellent customer service and well-organised itineraries. Tourradar is great. They planned a wonderful trip that we took April and May 2024. We traveled from Rome to Venice with multiple stops, flew to Greece and took a cruise around the islands. Everything was seamless – they picked us up and drove us to the airports, boat and each of the tour groups that they chose provided excellent service.
