About this trip
This 9-day route runs the length of Argentina, from the energy of Buenos Aires down through Patagonia to Ushuaia at the tip of the continent. Along the way you take in mountains, glaciers, steppe and city streets, with the landscape changing dramatically at each stop.
You start with the culture and history of Buenos Aires, then head to Bariloche in the Andes for lake and mountain scenery, south to El Calafate for the Perito Moreno Glacier, and finally to Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego for wildlife and maritime history.
Group size shifts from place to place as travellers join or leave at each stage, so you're not locked into the same fixed group throughout — transfers, accommodation and local guides are arranged, and you travel alongside others without losing your own pace.
