About this trip
This is a private six-day trip through Cambodia, built around your own group with no one else added in. You get a guide to yourselves and the itinerary can be adjusted to suit your pace and interests.
The route runs from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, taking in the country's grand history and its harder past side by side, before finishing among the temples of Angkor and the floating villages of Tonle Sap.
It's pitched as easy going and family-friendly, with room to shape the days around who you're travelling with.
What you'll do
- Visit the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh
- Learn about Cambodia's recent history at S-21 Prison and the Killing Fields
- Explore the Angkor temple complex near Siem Reap
- See daily life on the water at a floating village on Tonle Sap Lake
- Private and tailor-made, so the schedule can be adapted for families or specific interests
- Includes a visit to S-21 Prison and the Killing Fields, which covers difficult and graphic history — worth considering for younger travellers
- Pitched as an easy-paced tour rather than a packed one
