About this trip
This 10-day trip links the classic Golden Triangle of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur with a detour up to Shimla, the old British hill station, giving you a mix of Mughal monuments, Rajput forts and colonial-era streets.
Expect guided city tours through the big-name sights in each place, an elephant ride up to Amber Fort, and a ride on the famous Shimla toy train, with some evening free time built in for shopping and wandering.
It's an easy-paced, partially guided trip, well suited to a first visit to northern India where you want the highlights covered without having to plan the logistics yourself.
