About this trip
Six days across Egypt's essential sites, from the Giza plateau to the temples of Luxor and the granite quarries of Aswan. This is a straightforward, guided run through the country's biggest ancient sights without much time wasted.
You'll cover Cairo's pyramids and museums, then head south to Luxor's temple complexes and the Valley of the Kings, before finishing in Aswan with the High Dam and Philae. It's dense but well-trodden ground, suited to a first proper look at ancient Egypt.
