About this trip
Three days out of Taipei taking in Taiwan's best-known landscapes and old towns, with a private guide and driver throughout. It moves from the still waters of Sun Moon Lake up into the misty heights of Alishan, then back down to the red-brick streets of Lukang for a dose of history.
This is a private, fully guided trip, so pace and stops are flexible and it works well for families or small groups who want things arranged without joining a bigger tour.
Expect temples, forest, and old town streets rather than beaches or nightlife — a mix of nature and culture aimed at photography and history-minded travellers.
