About this trip
Ten days across Sri Lanka, moving from Colombo's streets and the Negombo Lagoon inland to ancient cities, tea country and highland forests, then down to the south coast.
You get a genuine mix — cultural sites like Sigiriya, Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa, a spot of white-water rafting in Kitulgala, wildlife watching in Yala, and time to unwind on the beaches around Weligama and Galle.
It's a full itinerary with a lot of ground covered, suited to those who want a broad first look at the country's history, landscapes and coast in one go.
