About this trip
This 13-day route through North India runs from Delhi out to tiger country, then on to the forts of Rajasthan, the Taj Mahal, and the ghats of Varanasi before looping back to the capital.
Two wildlife safaris anchor the early part of the trip, giving you a real shot at spotting a Bengal tiger in Sariska and Ranthambhore, though sightings are never guaranteed. From there it is a shift into history and architecture, with Jaipur's forts, Mughal-era Fatehpur Sikri, and Agra's Taj Mahal.
