About this trip
A long sweep across northern India, starting in Mumbai and finishing in Delhi, taking in deserts, forts, temples and one of the world's most recognised buildings along the way.
You'll move through Udaipur's lakes, the fort at Chittorgarh, Jaipur's pink-hued streets, the Mughal ruins of Fatehpur Sikri and the Taj Mahal at Agra, before heading into Madhya Pradesh for wildlife at Panna and the carved temples of Khajuraho. The tour closes with Varanasi's ghats and temples before the final stretch to Delhi.
This is a fully guided group trip, pitched at an easy pace and suited to families or anyone who'd rather have the logistics handled while they take in the sights.
