About this trip
Five days that split neatly into two very different Egypts. You start in Cairo with the Pyramids of Giza, the Grand Egyptian Museum and the old city, then head out to the desert for something quieter and stranger.
In Bahariya Oasis you get a taste of Bedouin life before camping out under the stars in the White Desert, with its pale chalk formations and the nearby Valley of Al Haize rounding things off.
It is fully guided throughout and pitched as easy going, so it works well if you are travelling as a family or in a group and want the history and the landscape without a punishing pace.
