About this trip
Nineteen days across Vietnam and Cambodia built around eating your way through both countries, from bustling market stalls to open-air beer halls. Vietnam's food is fresh, spicy and layered, Cambodia's is quieter and less explored, and this trip gives you a proper taste of both.
Alongside the food you'll take in a sunset cruise on Ha Long Bay, a cycle past herb farms near Hoi An, and the French-influenced streets of Phnom Penh. It's a fully guided small-group trip, easy-paced in terms of activity but covering a lot of ground.
Expect genuine local encounters too, including a homestay in the Mekong Delta and a community visit at Preah Dak, plus some honest confrontation with Cambodia's recent history.
