About this trip
Eight days that combine India's classic Golden Triangle with a tiger safari and a run out to Udaipur's lakes. You start and finish in Delhi, taking in Agra and Jaipur along the way before heading into Ranthambore National Park and then west to Udaipur.
It's a full package — hotels, flights, transport, a guide and meals are all included, so the logistics of moving between five destinations in just over a week are handled for you.
Expect a mix of Mughal architecture, Rajasthani forts and palaces, and a genuine shot at seeing a wild tiger, alongside the calmer, lake-side setting of Udaipur to close things out.
What you'll do
- See the Taj Mahal at Agra
- Explore the forts and palaces of Jaipur
- Go on safari in Ranthambore National Park in search of tigers
- Take in Udaipur's lakes and old city
- Travel the full Delhi-Agra-Jaipur Golden Triangle route
- Covers five destinations in eight days, so you'll be changing base regularly
- Tiger sightings on safari are never guaranteed, it's a wild park
Worth it if you value expert drivers, iconic monuments, and genuine wildlife chances. Think twice if you need detailed pre-trip logistics or prefer smaller group sizes.
- Driver quality is genuinely exceptional—Amar, Mayur, Rajesh, Kamlesh consistently praised for attentiveness, safety, kindness, and cultural insight.
- Tiger sighting at Ranthambore genuinely possible; one reviewer lucked out, adding real adventure beyond the standard monument checklist.
- Taj Mahal lives up to the hype—described as magical and matching global reputation; hotels consistently good across all stops.
- Trip is logistically smooth with professional guides in each city, but no reviews mention group size, early starts, or hidden extra costs.
