About this trip
Seven days across two countries, moving from northern Vietnam down to Ho Chi Minh City before finishing in Cambodia at Angkor Wat. You land in Hanoi, get a half day to see the city, then head out to Halong Bay for a night on a cruise among the limestone karsts.
From there it's a flight south to Ho Chi Minh City, with time built in for the Cu Chi tunnels and a Mekong Delta tour, before you cross into Cambodia to close the trip at Angkor Wat.
It's a fair amount of ground covered in a week, so this suits people who want a taster of both countries' big-name sights rather than a slow, single-destination trip.
