About this trip
Fifteen days across Argentina and Chile, covering the big names of Patagonia without rushing through them. You start in Buenos Aires, home of tango, before heading south to Ushuaia at the tip of the continent and Calafate, base for the Perito Moreno Glacier.
From there you cross overland into Chile to reach Torres del Paine, then fly north to Chile's lake district and make the Andean Crossing by road and boat back into Argentina, finishing in Bariloche. It is a sightseeing-heavy route built around the landscapes rather than one particular activity.
You will share excursions with other travellers throughout, even though the trip is sold as a private booking.
