About this trip
Twenty-four days across Peru, Argentina and Brazil, built around three very different countries and a proper trek in between. You move from Andean valleys to Amazon jungle to the beaches and streets of Rio, with coach travel linking the bigger distances.
The centrepiece is the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, reached by train through the Sacred Valley, but the trip doesn't stop there — there's ziplining in the Amazon, waterfalls, city time and beach days worked in as well.
