About this trip
Three Cycladic islands in a week, with a couple of nights in each: Paros, Naxos and Santorini. Ferries and transfers between them are sorted for you, so you can focus on beaches, villages and the view from wherever you're sat with a coffee.
Each island gets a guided day out — a semi-private tour in Santorini plus full-day tours in Paros and Naxos — and the rest of the time is yours to fill as you like. Breakfast is included each morning, and you're based in 4-star hotels throughout.
What you'll do
- Semi-private guided tour around Santorini's caldera villages and viewpoints
- Full-day guided tour of Paros
- Full-day guided tour of Naxos
- Island-hop by ferry between Paros, Naxos and Santorini
- Free time for swimming, beaches and wandering village lanes
- Catch the sunset views Santorini is known for
- You change islands every couple of nights, so it suits people who like a bit of movement rather than settling in one place
- Guided tours cover the highlights on each island, but plenty of the week is unstructured leisure time
- Easy pace overall — transfers and ferries are arranged, leaving you to plan the rest
Worth it if you value logistics handled and don't mind paying premium for convenience. Think twice if you want central hotel locations or consistent tour quality across all three islands.
- Hotel locations vary wildly: some walkable to town centres, others require 20-minute walks or taxis to reach restaurants and main areas.
- Guided tour quality inconsistent. Paros tour exceptional; Naxos was overcrowded, generic bus tour costing £30 that you could book cheaper independently.
- Ferry logistics handled smoothly, staff responsive to changes like strike rebookings and weather disruptions affecting travel plans.
- Fast ferry upgrade to Athens only covers final leg, not all ferries. Airport pickups may be hotel maintenance staff unable to speak English.
