About this trip
Five days split between Panama City and the San Blas islands (Guna Yala), giving you a taste of both city life and the Caribbean coast without much time wasted in between.
The first two nights are based in Panama City, with visits to the Panama Canal, the old town of Casco Viejo and the Amador Causeway, plus some free time if you want to shop at Albrook Mall.
From there you head to San Blas for two nights of island-hopping and beach time among the archipelago's low-key islands, a straightforward change of pace from the city.
