About this trip
This 11-day route takes you from the Balkans into Greece, covering a lot of ground: Zagreb, Slovenia's Lake Bled and Ljubljana, Croatia's coast and islands, a slice of Montenegro, then a flight south to Athens before island-hopping to Mykonos and Santorini.
It's a small-group trip with a fair bit of movement — scenic drives, a border crossing or two, ferries across the Aegean, and two flights built into the itinerary rather than left for you to arrange.
Expect a blend of history and coastline: walled old towns and waterfalls in the first half, whitewashed island lanes and sea views in the second.
