About this trip
Nine days by train from Paris to Rome, taking in some of Europe's most-loved cities along the way. You travel by comfortable rail, which gives you real time in each place rather than rushing through.
The route runs through Paris, Switzerland, Venice and Rome, mixing classic sights with local flavour — a river cruise, a gondola ride, a fondue dinner, a food-focused walk. It's a trip built around variety, with each stop offering something different.
Partially guided, so you get local input and some structure without every hour being mapped out for you.
