About this trip
A winter rail journey across southern Norway, from Oslo to Bergen, tracing the Nærøyfjord through snow-covered valleys and mountains.
Most of the travelling is done by train — the Flåm and Bergen Railways give you long stretches to sit back and watch the white landscape roll past. Along the way you break the journey with a few hands-on winter activities rather than just watching from the window.
It is an easy-paced trip built around scenery and a handful of standout moments, not a packed activity schedule.
