The North Trail, Self-drive

This self-drive tour takes you through northern Spain, a region still largely overlooked by foreign visitors despite its mountain scenery, coastline and strong food culture.

Over seven days you drive at your own pace, following a self-guided route through varied landscapes, from highland terrain to nature reserves and stretches of coast, with time built in to explore historic towns and eat well along the way.

It runs as a private trip, which makes it suited to families or groups wanting to travel together without joining strangers, and it's also offered over Christmas and New Year for those who want to spend the holidays on the road.
