About this trip
Five days across the two most photographed islands in the Aegean, with the ferry timings and luggage sorted so you can just get on with looking at the view.
You start in Athens with a pickup and ferry across to Mykonos for two nights, taking in the windmills, the beaches and the town's nightlife. From there you sail on to Santorini for two more nights, based near the caldera with its sunsets, whitewashed Oia and dark volcanic-sand beaches.
It's a short, fast island-hop rather than a slow-travel trip — good if you want a taste of both islands without organising ferries yourself.
