About this trip
Seven days from Rome to Dubrovnik, moving overland and by boat down the Adriatic coast, staying in hostels along the way with a small group.
You start in Rome with a look at the city's street art scene before heading south, crossing the sea to the Croatian island of Korčula, then on to the walled towns of Ston and Dubrovnik.
It's a straightforward, easy-paced route through some of the most photographed coastline in Europe, built around walking, boat travel and old-town wandering rather than long days on a bus.
