About this trip
This 10-day route through northern India starts in Mumbai and works through Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh before finishing in Delhi. It's a classic run through some of the country's best-known cities, covering lakes, palaces, forts and the Taj Mahal.
You'll spend time in Udaipur with its lakeside setting, then Jaipur for a taste of Rajasthan's forts and markets, before Agra and the Taj Mahal itself. The tour wraps up in Delhi, a fitting end given the pace and energy of India's capital.
It's a partially guided trip pitched as easy going and family-friendly, so expect a mix of guided activities and free time rather than a packed, guide-led schedule throughout.
