About this trip
This 11-day trip runs the length of southern and northern Pakistan, from Karachi on the Arabian Sea to Islamabad in the north, tracing the country's history from its earliest cities through to Mughal-era architecture and the old Silk Road.
You start in Karachi, then head to Mohenjo Daro, one of the earliest urban settlements anywhere in the world, before moving on to Lahore for its forts and mosques, Islamabad for its hills and modern calm, and Peshawar for its bazaars and frontier history.
It's a fully guided group tour at an easy pace, well suited to families or anyone wanting a first, well-structured introduction to Pakistan rather than an independent trip.
