About this trip
Seven days moving from Ho Chi Minh City down to the Mekong Delta and then north to Hoi An, built around food and everyday local life rather than a checklist of monuments.
You start in the south with canal cruises and motorbike street food runs, then fly up to Da Nang for a slower, more countryside stretch around Hoi An with cooking and cycling worked in.

- Ride pillion on a motorbike street food tour
- Visit ancient pagodas in Ho Chi Minh City
- Fly north to Da Nang and base in Hoi An
- Join a hands-on Vietnamese cooking class
- Cycle through the countryside near Hoi An and see Marble Mountains
- Needs a minimum of 2 people to run
