About this trip
Eight days across Sri Lanka's cultural triangle and hill country, covering ancient cities, wildlife and tea country at a steady, well-planned pace. This is a private tour, so it's just you (and family, if travelling together) with your own guide and driver throughout.
You'll start on the coast at Negombo before heading inland to Dambulla and Sigiriya, then on to Polonnaruwa's ruins and a jeep safari at Minneriya. Kandy brings culture and temples, then the road climbs to the cool air of Nuwara Eliya and its tea estates, before finishing with a look at Colombo.
It's a good fit if you want to see Sri Lanka's main sights without piecing together the logistics yourself, with a mix of history, nature and city time built in.
