About this trip
Three very different sides of southern Africa in one trip: Cape Town's mountains and coastline, a private reserve on Kruger's doorstep, and Victoria Falls. You get proper time in each rather than a rushed dash between them.
Cape Town covers the city centre, the V&A Waterfront and beaches including Boulders Beach, plus day trips out to Cape Point, the Winelands and Hermanus. From there you move to Sabi Sands, a private reserve bordering Kruger National Park, known for close-up Big 5 sightings without other vehicles crowding the scene. The trip ends at Victoria Falls, with the falls themselves plus the option of river cruises and adrenaline activities.
It suits travellers who want wildlife, scenery and a bit of adventure without having to choose just one.

- The falls are at their most powerful, and most spray-heavy, between February and July, peaking around March-April
