About this trip
Eight days across Namibia's big landscapes, from desert dunes to game-rich plains, travelling as a small group in a safari vehicle with an accommodated (not camping) setup.
You'll track wildlife in Etosha National Park, including a night by a floodlit waterhole where animals come to you after dark, before heading west to the Skeleton Coast and the German-flavoured town of Swakopmund.
The second half is all about the Namib Desert — climbing dunes, walking the cracked clay of Deadvlei, and passing through Sesriem Canyon and the small homestead of Solitaire — before looping back to Windhoek.
