About this trip

This 19 day overland trip runs from Nicaragua through El Salvador and Guatemala to Belize, tracing the region's colonial towns, volcanic highlands and Mayan history rather than sticking to one country.

You'll spend time in the colonial cities of Granada, Leon, Suchitoto and Antigua, then head into rural El Salvador before climbing into Guatemala's highlands. The route ends with the ruins at Tikal and a few days in Belize's rainforest.

It's a fully guided group trip with an easy pace and private rooms throughout, making it a comfortable way to see a lot of Central America without organising the logistics yourself.
