About this trip
Fourteen days across Sri Lanka, moving from coast to hill country to ancient cities and back to the beach. You start in Colombo and Galle before heading into Yala for wildlife, then up into the cooler hills around Nuwara Eliya.
From there you take the train to Kandy, a good way to see the countryside before spending time around the ancient sites of Dambulla, Sigiriya, and Anuradhapura. The trip winds down with a slower stretch on Chilaw's palm-lined coast and a final day back in Colombo.
It's a fully guided small-group trip pitched as easy-paced, so the days are full but not rushed, with a mix of history, nature, and time to just sit by the sea.
