Nine days that move from Hanoi's old streets to the limestone waters of Halong Bay, down to Ho Chi Minh City's war history, finishing with a few slower days on the coast at Mui Ne.
It's a broad sweep of Vietnam rather than a deep dive into one place — capital, bay, city, beach — good if you want a first proper taste of the country's history and coastline in one go.
The pace eases towards the end, with Mui Ne's dunes and beaches giving you space to unwind after the history-heavy first half.
