About this trip
Seven days across Bavaria and Switzerland, taking in Munich, Zurich, and the Alpine towns of Grindelwald and Interlaken, with a stop at Neuschwanstein Castle along the way.
Expect a mix of city time and mountain scenery — wandering Munich's old streets, seeing Zurich's lakeside centre, and getting properly among the peaks around Interlaken and Grindelwald.
This is a relaxed, partially guided trip rather than one led group throughout. Each day's excursion runs as its own separately operated tour, so you'll have a different guide, and often different fellow travellers, day to day.
