About this trip
Six days through the Canadian Rockies by coach, starting and ending near Calgary, taking in Banff, Yoho, Kootenay and the Icefield Parkway as far as Jasper.
You're based in town centres rather than remote lodges, staying in Banff and Jasper with proper access to shops and restaurants after days out on the road. The pace is sightseeing-led, with regular stops for lakes, canyons and glacier views rather than long treks.
Some of the better-known extras, like the Radium Hot Springs soak and lunch at Chateau Lake Louise, are optional add-ons rather than included in the base trip.
What you'll do
- Drive the Icefield Parkway past glaciers, lakes and valleys
- Walk Johnston Canyon
- Stop at Lake Louise for around two hours
- See six lakes across Banff, Yoho and Kootenay National Parks
- Stay centrally in both Banff and Jasper
