Four days based in Granada, Nicaragua's Spanish-colonial city, mixing local craft and culture with a bit of downtime on Lake Nicaragua.
You get hands-on with some of the country's signature products - rum, cigars and chocolate - alongside a boat trip round the lake's islands and time to explore Granada's streets.
