New Zealand Amplified

Nineteen days across both islands, taking in New Zealand's volcanic landscapes, glaciers and wildlife with a good dose of adrenaline built in. You start on the North Island around Coromandel, Rotorua and Taupo before reaching Wellington, then cross the Cook Strait for the South Island.

The second half brings Kaikoura's wildlife, Queenstown's adventure activities and the glacier at Franz Josef. It's a full loop of the country's highlights rather than a deep dive into one region, so expect plenty of ground covered.

Walking features throughout, from short trails to proper hikes, and there are some long travel days between stops. It's a group trip with a fully guided structure, sharing a room with a fellow traveller.
