About this trip
This private tour links Azerbaijan and Georgia over 11 days, moving from Baku's old city through the mountains and wine country to Tbilisi and the historic towns around it. You travel with your own guide, driver and car throughout, so the pace is yours to set.
The route takes in Shamakhi, the craft village of Lahic, Qabala, Sheki and Ganja before crossing overland into Georgia, then continues through Tbilisi, Sighnaghi, Gori and Mtskheta. It is a proper two-country road trip, with a good mix of cities, villages and countryside.
As a private, fully guided tour, it works well for families or small groups who want things arranged around them, and the itinerary can be adjusted to suit.
