About this trip
An 8-day private tour through Romania, tracing UNESCO sites and centuries of history from Bucharest through Transylvania to Maramures and Bucovina.
You'll walk medieval streets in Sighisoara, take in fortified churches and castles, then head north to the wooden churches and painted gates of Maramures before finishing among the painted monasteries of Bucovina.
It's a private, fully guided trip, paced flexibly to suit your group, and set up to work for families or mixed-age travellers.
