About this trip
This 13-day trip through northern and central India pairs tiger tracking with some of the country's best-known cultural sights. You'll spend time in two national parks, Ranthambore and Bandhavgarh, on the lookout for the Royal Bengal tiger, alongside other wildlife.
Between safaris, the route takes in the Taj Mahal, the ghats of Varanasi, the palaces of Jaipur and the temple carvings of Khajuraho, giving a broad sweep of India's history and craftsmanship.
It's a trip for people who want wildlife and heritage in one go, with a guide on hand throughout to point out details you'd otherwise miss.
