About this trip
Four countries in two weeks, tracing a route through Serbia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria that takes in capital cities, medieval towns and the castles of Transylvania along the way.
You travel with a small group and a guide throughout, with hotels, transport and entrance fees sorted, so the days are about taking in the places rather than working out logistics.
It's a broad sweep of Central and Eastern Europe — Belgrade's riverside setting, Budapest's bridges and views, Bucharest's grand boulevards, and Bulgaria's older, quieter villages and cities.
