About this trip
Eight days across Peru, moving from Lima's streets to the Andes and down into the Inca Jungle before reaching Machu Picchu. It mixes culture, food, some adrenaline and proper history, with domestic flights sorted so you're not losing days to overland travel.
Expect a run through Lima, up into Andean towns, then the Inca Jungle route as your approach to Machu Picchu itself. There's room for local food and contact with communities along the way, not just ruins ticked off a list.
