About this trip
This 11-day trip pairs Vietnam's food culture with a stretch of beach time on Phu Quoc, aimed at travellers who want both to eat well and properly switch off.
The first part of the trip is built around Vietnamese cuisine, exploring the dishes and flavours the country is known for. From there you head to Phu Quoc to spend the remaining days on the coast, with little on the agenda beyond the beach itself.
