About this trip
Fifteen days across northern India and into Nepal, taking in the classic Golden Triangle of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur before heading further afield to places most first-time visitors miss.
You'll stop in Orchha, a small, pastoral town where Lord Rama is honoured as a former king rather than purely a deity, then move on to Varanasi, one of Hinduism's oldest pilgrimage cities on the banks of the Ganges. The trip closes in Kathmandu, known for its density of religious monuments.
This is a fully guided group tour at a moderate pace, built for travellers who want the big landmarks alongside some genuinely different cultural stops.
