What this site is

18-35 Travel is an independent comparison and recommendation site for travellers roughly aged 18 to 35. We gather trips, prices, departure dates and reviews from operators and partners, add our own analysis, and point you to the best option we can find. Using the site means you accept these terms.

We are not a travel agent, and we never hold your money

We are not a tour operator, travel agent, or merchant of record. We do not sell trips, take bookings, or process payments — ever. When you book, you leave this site and buy directly from the operator or provider, and your contract is entirely with them.

That means their terms, their cancellation policy, their refund rules and their financial protection apply, not ours. Please read them before you pay. If something goes wrong with a booking — a cancellation, a refund, a change of itinerary — the operator is the party who can resolve it. We will help you work out who to contact, but we have no ability to alter, cancel or refund a booking we never took.

Package holidays sold by UK operators are normally ATOL or ABTA protected. That protection comes from the operator, so check it on their site before booking.

How we make money, stated plainly

We earn commission when you click through to certain partners and go on to book or buy. That includes tour operators, accommodation providers, and eSIM and insurance providers. It costs you nothing extra — the price is the same as going direct.

Some placements on this site are paid or sponsored. Where that is the case it is labelled, and paid placement never removes a better option from view: our best-fit recommendation always appears regardless of whether anyone is paying for it. Sponsored positions are capped and only ever act as a tie-break between genuinely comparable options.

Where we rank things — cheapest trips, best-value eSIMs, operator comparisons — the ordering is produced from the underlying data, not from what a partner pays us. On several of our comparison pages the partner paying us the least is the one we recommend most often, and we say so on the page.

Prices, availability and accuracy

We work hard to keep prices and departure dates current — much of it refreshes automatically every day, and pages state when they were last updated. Even so, prices change constantly and availability moves faster than any comparison site can track. Treat everything here as a strong indication rather than a quotation.

The price you pay is the one shown at the operator’s checkout at the moment you book. If a figure here differs from theirs, theirs is correct. We are not liable for pricing or availability errors, whether ours or a partner’s.

Our content, and the limits of it

Guides, comparisons and answers on this site are written to be genuinely useful and are researched properly — but they are general information, not personal advice. In particular:

• Visa and entry rules change frequently and depend on your nationality and circumstances. Always confirm with the relevant embassy or official government source before you travel or book.
• Insurance is a personal decision. Read the policy wording — we cannot tell you what cover you need.
• Safety and health information should be checked against your government’s current travel advice.

Reviews and ratings shown here come from travellers on partner platforms and reflect their opinions, not ours.

We link out constantly, because that is the point of a comparison site. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms, or what they do with your data once you arrive.

Using the site fairly

You are welcome to use this site for your own travel planning. Please do not scrape it at scale, copy substantial parts of our content or data, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse our forms and question submissions. Our content, design and compiled data are ours; quoting a short passage with a link back is fine and encouraged.

Liability

We provide this site as it is and do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or complete. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from any booking you make with a third party.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms as the site changes; the date at the top shows when we last did. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EEA, you keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law.
