About this trip
Three days is a short window for Bhutan, but this tour makes the most of it, taking you from Thimphu to the cliffside Tiger's Nest via a flight in from Nepal that offers its own reward in mountain views.
You'll spend time in the capital before hiking up to Taktsang Monastery, one of Bhutan's most recognisable sights, and visiting Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the country's oldest temples.
It's a compact, guided introduction to Bhutanese culture and landscape rather than a deep exploration, suited to those adding it on from a Nepal trip.
