About this trip
Three days out of Las Vegas through some of the Southwest's biggest landscapes, with a guide running the whole way and a coach doing the miles between them.
You get the Grand Canyon South Rim at sunset, a Navajo-guided jeep tour through Monument Valley, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell and Zion, with an optional detour into Antelope Canyon. Walks and hikes are pitched at a range of fitness levels, and the pace leaves room to actually stand and look rather than rush from stop to stop.
Hotels each night are in good locations near the parks, and the guide adds commentary, history and local knowledge along the way rather than just pointing things out from the window.
What you'll do
- Watch the sunset over the Grand Canyon South Rim
- Ride a Navajo-guided 4x4 jeep tour through Monument Valley
- Walk the rim trail at the Grand Canyon at an unhurried pace
- See Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell
- Visit Zion National Park
- Optional add-on to photograph Antelope Canyon
- Runs as a departure every Monday between November and March
- Hikes and walks are pitched for a range of fitness levels, not just serious trekkers
- Antelope Canyon is an optional extra, not included by default
Worth it if you love desert landscapes and don't mind long driving days. Think twice if you need flexibility or want a slower pace.
- Guides consistently knowledgeable and personable; Joel, Kaitlyn, Dylan, Joe all named as standouts who enriched the experience meaningfully.
- Covers genuine ground: Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Antelope Canyon, Zion, plus Route 66 stops—excellent value for three days.
- Long driving days between sites; one reviewer notes vehicle time was substantial, though guides mitigated with knowledge and rest stops.
- Optional helicopter ride and add-ons like Death Valley cost extra; factor in additional spend beyond the base tour price.
