About this trip
This is a self-drive route around mainland Greece, starting and finishing in Athens, built around the country's big historical sites rather than its islands. You're behind the wheel and setting your own pace, with the route taking you through Peloponnese, Delphi and Kalambaka over five days.
It suits people who want the archaeology and the scenery without joining a coach group — old fortified towns, fishing villages and dramatic landscapes along the way, bookended by proper sightseeing at Delphi and Meteora.
What you'll do

- Visit the archaeological site of Delphi
