About this trip
A quick escape from Marrakech into the Sahara, built around one night under a sky full of stars near M'hamid. The drive out is as much a part of the trip as the destination.
You cross the Tizi n'Tichka Pass and pass through Berber villages, river oases and old Kasbahs before reaching the dunes. From there it's camels, a Berber tent, and the kind of quiet you don't get in the city.
Easy-paced and partially guided, this suits anyone short on time who still wants a proper taste of the desert, including families.
